Individual and Family Therapy

We are California and Texas State service providers. Our goal is to help families by improving relationships among family members. Many people are struggling with anxiety and depression with increased frequency and intensity, but help is available. Jonah's House uses Evidenced Based Practices which have been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate the physical discomfort of anxiety and soothe the emotional impact of depression. We help build communication and coping skills to help individuals and families gain a closer connection to those they care about.  We provide individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth with a California or Texas State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In-person sessions are offered at our office in Arroyo Grande, California.
